2019–2020 RAM 6.7L — 68RFE (Pickup)

• Stock / 0 HP

• Tow tunes: 20 HP, 40 HP, 50 HP, 55 HP

• Single power tunes: 40 HP, 50 HP, 60 HP, 90 HP, 95 HP, 100 HP, 150 HP

• SOTF (Switch-On-The-Fly) power ranges:

  • 0–125 HP (switch-dependent)

  • 0–140 HP (switch-dependent)

  • 0–150 HP (switch-dependent)

• Transmission-pressure variants (where applicable): 180 PSI / 200 PSI / 220 PSI / 225 PSI

If your truck is Cab & Chassis, you’ll see Cab & Chassis-specific profiles such as:

• Tow tunes: 40 HP, 50 HP

• Dual-tank tow option (if equipped)

• SOTF options: switch-dependent SOTF packages (where supported)

• Additional “light tow” / drivability profiles depending on configuration

• What you see in the app depends on your truck’s exact configuration (year, trans, pickup vs cab & chassis, ECU strategy, and optional hardware like CP3).

• Use a battery charger/maintainer during flashing to prevent voltage drop.
