2016–2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Hot-Side Intercooler Pipe

The factory hot-side intercooler pipe on the 6.7L Powerstroke is a known weak point that can separate or leak under boost. This upgraded hot-side pipe replaces the failure-prone OEM setup with a larger polished aluminum charge air pipe, reinforced silicone hose, and heavy-duty clamps for improved durability, stronger sealing, and more consistent airflow on stock or tuned trucks.
